Patrick Smyth to Join as an Independent Director

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. -- L International Computers Inc. (Pink Sheets:LITL - News), through its wholly owned subsidiary, Liebermann Inc., the world's leading manufacturer of high-performance computers and personal technology, today announced that Patrick Smyth has accepted a position on and been appointed to the Board of Directors of L International Computers Inc.

Mr. Smyth has had a number of years experience in the building of infrastructures and management of private and public companies -- specifically in the internet technology and online video gaming industries. He currently serves as Chairman and CEO of Gaming Transactions Inc. (GGTS.PK); a leading provider of online gaming portal management.

Most recently he was President and Director at CYOP Systems International Inc. (CYOS.OB), where he was responsible for Global Growth Strategies, Investor Relations, and Market Research.

In 1999 he founded and was President of Wiremix Media Inc.; a very successful advertising and marketing agency specializing in online gaming and e-commerce. Central to his position was negotiating content deals with A-List musicians including Madonna, Van Halen, and Britney Spears, as well as major record companies. The Company also had a suite of celebrities with whom they negotiated online endorsement deals including Larry Holmes, Fuzzy Zoeller and Rodney Dangerfield.

Mr. Smyth is a contributing writer to the IGDA, speaks regularly at gaming conferences, acts as a consultant for the e-commerce division of the Gerson Lehrman Group and has authored a number of articles on I-Gaming including a chapter of a book due out in December 2005 relating to playing PC based games.
