Angela Ho in contempt of US
Federal Court
LAS VEGAS — The United States Federal Court
for the Southern District of Nevada, Las Vegas on October 3rd,
2006 entered an order for Silver Arrow Limited & Profit
Networks to supplement their disclosures and produce all documents
responsive to HGN's previously served requests for the production
of documents by or on October 23, 2006. Also, Silver Arrow Limited
& Profit Networks were to have identified their persons
most knowledgeable and to make those witnesses available for
depositions along with Angela Ho and Peter Kjaer.
Angela Ho and family, Peter Kjaer have refused
to do as ordered by the court; therefore a filing has been made
by the Legal Counsel for HGN / Mel Molnick on October 31, 2006
for contempt of a Federal Court order and for sanctions to be
imposed up to and including warrants for their arrests.
Quote from the vallyblogs.com: "If Wynn decides
to bring Melco into the Vegas picture, he'll need all the 'juice'
he can muster. After all, until very recently Melco was chaired
by one Stanley Ho. Probes of the Stanley Ho-Angela Ho-MGM Mirage
business relationship, by New Jersey and Nevada regulators,
are well into their third year. Here's hoping that Wynn is a
patient man."
Angela Ho is the daughter of Stanley Ho, the Gambling
King of Macau.
